Applying for Membership with the Employment Law Association of Ireland will grant you access to a number of special benefits. Whether you are applying for full membership, student membership or membership for your organisation - if you have 10 or more members - you will be able to get your hands on benefits including exclusive content, papers and presentations from ELAI events through our dedicated linkedIn page. Events organised by the ELAI include seminars, conferences and networking events.

There are three membership options available when opting to join the ELAI. Full Membership, Student / Young Lawyer Membership and Organisation Membership. The distinction between each is quite simple. If you are a qualified and experienced lawyer, Full Membership is for you. If you are still a student or have only recently qualified as a lawyer then you should choose the Student / Young Lawyer Membership option. Alternatively, you can submit your whole organisation for application by choosing the Organisation Membership option.

Please note that you are required to have at least 10 members in your organisation in order to apply for Organisation Membership.
